Lets for the hell of it say he is fired after this season. Who do you want as the next head coach not named Aranda.

Lane Kiffin

I think he may be finally ready to settle into a big gig again.

Tom Herman, he will come if we off him 50 million a year for 10 years guaranteed. I would also support hologram Nick Saban for 8 million a year 10 years guaranteed.

Mike Norvell is a guy to keep an eye on.

Memphis Head Coach, played at Central Arkansas.

Available now? P.J. Fleck.

I was a Chip Kelly guy after Les was fired.

There are dozens of head coaches who would be upgrades over Orgeron that are available. Hell, I will take any of them that have a winning record as a HC.

Zero percent chance he's leaving a playoff contender with an upstart QB for a college job.

Would neve happen. Apparently he reached out to LSU after Les was fired and Alleva didnt even see him worth an interview.

Good thing Alleva won't be involved in the next hire.

Both piss poor answers and you know good and well that wouldn't be the case! This place would imploded as fast as it did with Orgeron.

Even though there is almost zero chance we would be able to get him, I’d certainly at least try and reach out to Scott Frost as well. You never know.

Believe it when I see it. LSU's BOS and TAF are spineless.

What difference does it make who we say? After hiring Ed Orgeron we've gone so far past having to evaluate any candidate based on his own resume virtually any person alive with some kind of football background is now "qualified" to coach at LSU.

My answer was always P.J. Fleck...

when has orgeron had any success as a coordinator or head coach? It wouldn't implode if a coach was hired that had success as either position. Orgeron just wasn't qualified to be a coach at McNeese st much less LSU.

Start with Fuentes, Fleck, MacIntyre and Norvell and the work down from there.
