Florida was the first game I went to this season. Have the beer lines been that bad at the other games too?

I missed the opening drive for each team waiting in a long line that didn't move. Got out of line and tried going back later and it was just as bad and not moving so I said forget it. Seems like you'd have to miss an entire quarter of the game just for a beer. I wouldn't wait in a line that long for free beer, let alone $9 beer.

Bring in liquor and you won't miss game time from beer lines and peeing.

+1

Lines would move at least 4x faster if they could just give you a can. It's an SEC rule, though, so there's not a lot LSU can do about that part of it.

We all know Aramark is the absolute most dogshit concessions vendor LSU has ever had, but even with them, we have to expect the beer service to improve next season.

We had no chance to put infrastructure for it and hopefully they'll learn some lessons from this season.

You know you could've left the line and gone to watch the game when you saw ithe line wasn't moving.

No they are normally not that long. In the west upper they tripled the number of location we were able to get beer for this game an the lines were still long.

Now I know to not try to buy beer when I'm there for Auburn. Guess it is back to chugging beers in line before entering.

it's sad if you can't go without liquor long enough for a football game

There was a small Michelob stand close to my entrance that never had a line.

They really need to separate the beer lines from the concession stands. The beer lines move relatively fast, the concession stands are what's fricked up. I stood in line with no more than 10 people in front of me starting mid-way through the 2nd quarter through into the start of the 3rd quarter. It should not take an average of 10 minutes per person to fill an order.

The ones with beer taps go faster than the ones pouring cans, so I imagine next year more stands will have beer taps. And they have to pour the cups so that drunks don’t throw full cans and give some poor person a concussion.

The lines at the Texas game were longer and slower.

It also helps to scout 100 ft in each direction from your favorite spot. If you happen to walk the length of the concourse, you'll notice vastly different line lengths.

I get why they don't want cans being thrown, but I gotta say... it feels like that ought to be fixable.

Get caught throwing a can? 3 year ban from athletic events.

Getting hungover + headache from oxygen deprivation due to yelling may be the worst headache of all time.
