had LSU won saturday, UGA lost (very likely), OU lost (somewhat unlikely), and tOSU lost (very unlikely), he would be leading LSU to the playoffs.

UCF may get in above us in this scenario.

Literally nothing in his track record as a head coach gives any indication that he is either capable or willing of adapting or changing how he does things

This is a straight lie.

He brought in a kicker to improve special teams

He brought in Joe Burrow to improve QB play.

He got more transfers to add depth in needed areas. Just because you don't want to give him credit for it doesn't make it true.

Wait, did we have talent or not? You seem to be moving the goal posts even more so than usual.

This isn't a response to what you quoted.

What I'm referring to are the convenient missed calls that allowed aTm back in the game and then the ones in OT to win. Those calls wouldn't happen to Bama, Auburn, or UF. NEVER. In the past, those calls wouldn't happen to LSU either when we played the likes of Ole Miss, Arky, aTm, etc

I know your take on this general topic, and I tend to agree. However, I'm not much on the conspiracy theory train in regards to this particular game. I thought it was an atrociously officiated game all around, with the majority going against LSU in pretty terrible times. That being said, what A&M got were second chances. They needed to make plays time and again in order to cash in on them, and they did.

Immediately after the game, ESPN was mocking LSU for the Gatorade bath, compared that to the Bluegrass Miracle years back, then they started with the "Up and coming Jimbo vs Saban" narrative. Jimbo's team gave Bama a fight. O's team put up another goose egg at home....

Hell...I kind of thought that myself to be honest.

LSU dropped another notch and it was plain as day to see.

Pay attention to the product/narrative the entertainment industry that owns the sport is pushing. Also, did you know aTm is the most valuable football program according to Forbes?

More valuable program, larger media market, known commodity as Head Coach....

LSU just dropped.

Again...we aided this with the hiring we've done since Miles was let go. We allowed this narrative to take place rather than continue to force the issue with an aggressive, well respected hire. We are now reaping what we've sowed in that regard I think.

Name the fricking talent then. You totally ignored my post asking about talent. Name it or shut the frick up. I don't want to answer your retarded arse and I will undoubtedly regret it but name the talent along the offensive line

My man, refresh my memory. Whose post is this?

9 and 3 while not what everyone wants and certainly underachieving for the team but when weighed against the internal struggles the team had was actually a pretty decent result. I expect this team to compete for the SEC championship. I think the talent is there.

Really? Which teams are more talented? I have noticed you are quick to call out the posts of others, but oh so slow to back up anything you post. Wonder why that is....

How about you name it since you thought we should compete for the SEC this year based on talent that you thought was here.

You are a liar. You are a hypocrite, You change your tune to suit whatever bullshite to protect your precious coach 0. It is truly pathetic.

It is possible that O could lead LSU into the CFPlayoffs. It is not probable, IMO.

We were 9-4 in 2017, O's first full year.

We will be 9-4 or 10-3 in his second year.

As I said when he was hired, I will finally decide on O as our HC after we play Texas A&M on Nov 30, 2019.

I would wait until Dec, 2019 to extend his contract if he deserves it at that point. 9-3 in 2 straight regular seasons is NOT what demands a contract extension. And that dumb recruiting "logic" for extending contracts is outdated.

Exactly on point. LSU fans think that the media are against us, but Jimbo at A&M makes for a better story line. He's served under Saban, he's won a natty, he "seem poised to build A&M and challenge Saban." It's not personal, it's just that there is absolutely nothing about O and his management of the program thus far that instills confidence about challenging Bama.

So you honestly think a post predicting what I thought should happen as opposed to what happened and my subsequent change in opinion carries any weight. You are a total dumbass.
