thanks... i know they would.... those unis look badass.... it is gimmicky when shart teams do it... but when an elite team does it such as Oregon it becomes a statement.... LSU wearing black??? WTF why??? ..... because we CAN... swagger baby... welcome to death valley

I'm an old guy and I like it.
Swag doesn't come from unis but recruits certainly take notice. And current players would like it as well.. It would create an extra measure of excitement.
Why do you think Skip came out with the gold baseball tops?
Plus they would sell like crazy and make LSU more money.

Baseball has black in their unis. Black is a neutral color, just like white. I wouldn't go all black, but black matte helmet with eye and black pants with purple/gold piping with our trad white jerseys would be bad arse.
