It was THE STORY when the tweet was dropped.
That’s the lopsided way these cases most often turn out.

No, people want justice and accountability.
This is very true. And that should go BOTH ways, but far too often, the justice department does not hold bad cops accountable for their actions even when it's caught on tape.
Now, the bullshite that Koy Moore pulled, he definitely should be held accountable for. But let's not act like there are equality and justice for all.

Initially she blamed the cops.
Doesn't look like she did that at all.

Historical fact: this was suppose to be the initial purpose of protests following George Floyd death before it was convoluted by outside interests.

you want more turmoil in the program
If that's what it takes to clean out the trash. This p*no lied and nearly cost grown men their livelihoods. He did it publicly and needs to publicly admit. Then our AD needs to administer punishment

Baton Rouge Sports media coverage of Koy Moore today
Did Sports section of BR Advocate mention it?
How about T-Bob and Hester on ESPN radio?
Not a peep from Jordy Culotta.
So, Moscona had the audacity the other day to suggest that no local media knew about the Miles rumors. He was blaming LSU completely for keeping it under wraps as if the media wasn't complicit.
Same issue on Guice.
On this subject, you have the exact same thing. The choice to protect the football program by suppressing information is ACTIVELY participating in the subsequent harm that comes from it.
These guys need to be taken to task publicly for their willingness to do this.

Was she actually asked a question about it? If so that is probably what she was pissed about. Not the fact it actually happens.
Definitely. She was pissed that the cops weren't on the wrong side of the issue.

this coming from an lsu grad who works for an lsu grad and former football player.

Okay, so if he lied, I agree that there should be some accountability where he owns it and makes an apology to the officers he accused and to the community he enflamed.
That said, this is a teachable moment for a young man who can someday be a leader. Teach him that his voice had impact and how to use it correctly from here on.
Honestly, I think the correct punishment for the lie is for him to have to do some ride-alongs with BRPD and learn what their day is like, see the city through their eyes a bit.
I'm not big on throwing away young people for mistakes when there's an opportunity for them to grow and mature instead.

Was Koy Moore not physically searched by BRPD?

Where? When? What did he say?
This is how rumors start. People start using the wrong narrative and it just spreads after they post and run.

He can go “grow and mature” at some other school. In Baton Rouge, he intentionally threw gasoline on an already volatile racial situation. His presence here will only continue to fan the flames of unrest.

We don’t know, They won’t show the tape.

So how can anyone at this time claim that he lied about anything?

Do you really believe that a cop tried to unzip Koy X’s pants, and that he “felt violated?” Do you?
