without a doubt, the most un-clutch LSU team ive ever seen, terrible defense, and shaky pitching outside of a handful of guys

and things like the timely hitting and defense are at the point of being legit, serious problems, not just concerns

i know we are due for runs under PM and i think out starting pitching will be good enough to not completely fall apart, but things need to start turning around real fricking quick

and i'll even suggest we lack heart and toughness

It's damn frustrating.
Maybe it's the price we have to pay for a 14-0 national championship in football this fall.

not pressing the panic button until we actually lose the series, this is still a 3 game series I believe

Que up the "we are young" excuse. This team is done for the year as far as Omaha. Way to Go team. Call me an a-hole for saying that..but lets keep it real, 3-7 in SEC play. No offense ? C'mon man. Maybe next year coach maineri.

Yea I'm with you, hopefully Gausman goes out and throws well tomorrow. If you are a small ball team like PM wants us to play like we have to come up with a run. Just terribly unclutch.

At least you are realistic about our situation unlike some of our holier than thou fans

Agreed. Baseball is a sport where you get the opportunity to start very slow and finish strong. At this point we need to be playing to get back into the SEC tourney and get our offense on track. This team has to find the timely hit.

There are glaring problems but we can still take 2/3. That would put us at 5-7.

The 05 team started off 5-7 and won the West.

i know. and our starting pitching is reason enough to not give up on the season

but glaring problems is an understatement

We also went two and done in the SEC tourney and then lost our own Regional to Rice.
