I think someone asked about White at 3B and Dugas at 2B. He didn't really hit any of the questions I thought were interesting except for Noot. A lot of questions that were just things we kind of knew already.

Bro, tre Morgan with power has to equal 10+ homers. This team is gonna crush the baseball.

Imagine if we get production in the lineup from our catcher as well.

Ell, you’ve followed baseball for a long time and done so closely. Do you think this will be the most talented team we’ve had? I’m asking as 3 questions, Overall, pitching, or hitting?

Yeah. He asked questions as if his audience was the football crowd. Touched on Tre being healthy, White can hit and play 3rd, Crews’ leadership, Skenes as a pitcher, Dugas at 2B (although Jay brought up infield depth there), and Noot.

Pretty boring.

Wait a second...

I got to Noot. Got to the question about Dugas and White on defense.

As far as freshmen likely to start he said Guidry has made a huge push and that Shores has future Friday night guy written all over him.

I think the masses care a lot about Skenes so I wanted t mention that. And I know Grant Taylor is turning heads so that point was important to get to.

I didn't think it was too bad!

Post Skip, maybe. 2009 was special on both sides. 2013 should have done much more talent wise. This is our best looking team in 10 years easily.

I agree on the talent front. IMO, I don't recall Paul having a roster this loaded with MLB potential from top to bottom.

Still remains to be seen what they can actually accomplish.

Agree with Jay on Shores being the most ready freshman arm.

Haven't listened to your interview yet Hunt, but I am surprised if you didn't ask about the impact of Wes on the staff so far. Such a big deal IMO.

You didn’t ask about guidry or shores. He got to them on his own. I missed the questions on White and Dugas written here. That’s fair. Taylor was a good question but I was more interested in Floyd. Taylor has looked good since the summer when he dominated. It wasn’t really a shock what he’s doing this fall. Floyd’s offspeed is improved and I wanted to know if Wes had an impact there.

I can’t imagine having more power in a lineup. This years lineup should have more power than last years if potential is reached and health is sustained

It's not that hard. Just call a hit and run.

Thanks Nap and Project, that makes sense. I must've missed where he got injured. I remember reading that he had a discipline issue and may have gotten in the coach's doghouse a while back and was wondering why he was not throwing by now.

From everything that I've read on the Seth Maness surgery, it seems to allow for a much quicker return to the mound than TJ. Hopefully everything was successful and Grant's rehab timeline works out where can make a return at some point in the spring if all goes well.
