Lotta baseball to be played. If we can replicate last night's effort then I can see 15-15.

I’m giving the 2-8 team that just lost their Friday night guy a possible 11-9 record.

You’re giving them a potential 13-7 record. Not out of possibility but lacking in logic. What reason do you think they could go 13-7 from here on out? You think the pen turns it around?

Giving a “realistic” outlook based on the best hitting game of the year doesn’t seem to rational

We should NEVER accept having #1 sweep us at home as "to be expected."

I said “compete,” not win every game.

Duke missed the NCAA basketball tournament. So did Kentucky. NC got booted in the first round as an 8 seed. Sometimes, Goliath has a shitty year.

They had 1 shitty year-we’ve strung together a couple now. I’d compare us to the current Syracuse basketball program. They look completely average but could make a deep run if they sneak into the postseason. I don’t want that to become the norm.

If you go back and look I qualified my hopes and dreams. I only suggested 2 games better than your prediction. Not far fetched.
