He throws a weak fastball with no movement and his curveball seems more like a high school "get me over" curve. But I do hope he gets it together and if it gets people out I dont care what he does

Why is that?
Because Maineri himself said this pre-season he was pushing Bradshaw for a weekend starting spot. I guess Maineri doesn't know what he's talking about though, right?

he will struggle in extended appearances. I'm not sure why that hurts your feelings.
It has nothing to do with my feelings, just perplexed why so many people seem to hate him or think he's a bad pitcher. He's not. He was solid for us last year. Who cares if he didn't start games or come in long relief...he got his job done.

I could have been solid for us in 95% of those outings

Like I said, maybe he has improved...but he wasn't starter material last year...not even close.

It's a measure of how dependable a pitcher is. It is my opinion, based on his performance last year (perhaps things have changed), that Cain would struggle in extended appearances.

Hey, guys, can we all be friends and go back to hating the USL fan?

Every pitcher has a role, he filled his last year. He could probably see more innings this year later on, but he's been hurt to start out the year.

And, I'm saying that he'd have trouble taking on a bigger role (barring significant offseason improvement). That's all. I'm not saying he couldn't fill the same role as last year...although I think we have better pitchers and he'll be used a lot less.
