I don't get the hate some have for Romero. In way less at bats last year he had close to the highest amount of RBIs. Something we struggled at much of last season was finding a way to bring RISP in and Romero did that. I know he slumped at the end of the season and he's banged up but I think he should get a chance if healthy.

Supposedly he is ready to go, probably not according to CPM. But they talked about him last Sunday.

As you go up the ladder, I agree. But there is still a big enough talent disparity in college baseball, among individual players, that some of that can make a difference. In my opinion.
