Kramer should've read that better. You have to know with your speed and where the ball is if you can make it or not. 3rd base coaches are pretty worthless. Base running is about instincts.

He had the stop sign up until Kramer stopped at 3B. Then he tried to waive him home. He's indecisive about every decision.

The ball was in front of Kramer as well. That isn't all on Cain. When the ball is in front of you the runner pretty much makes his own decisions once you get past little league
