Beautiful decision to hit the guy hitless for his career. Bryce Adams sure would have been nice there. Might as well have pinch hit Latz since Mainieri just HAD to take him this week.

Just like I been saying, frick Mainieri. What a great decision right there.

In the laundry list of shitty coaching calls by PM that takes the cake.

Why are yall blaming the coach and hitter when the ump fricked Dawson dry?

Mainieri never plays to win every game.
He only rides his best relievers when we are winning after 6 innings.
We have a chance to win a SEC game and he gives a guy a prove yourself AB with 2 outs in the 9th.

87% of called strikes for Auburn pitchers were in the LH batters box.
If that's the case, then our hitters should have adjusted to it. This really is the problem right now. No adjustments by our hitters. Fire Javi!

Way to leave Adams home so we can pinch hit fricking Dawson.

I don't say this often but WTF, CPM?!?!? He was 0-10 with 7 strikeouts...now 0-11 with 8 K's! What exactly was the logic there?!?!?
He was due?

Paul Mainieri should be roasted by local media for his decision to not have Bryce Adams in uniform but instead we dressed an injured pitcher.

Maineri cant say no to a matchup like Smoke can't say no to cheese fries

Devall stayed too. I dont think they had any leftys in the lineup.

To be honest, I really wanted Paul's gut to prove us all wrong in that situation there, but Paul's gut sucks.

I would say the reason it never left the shoulder is because he never got a strike thrown to him.... But that's been a strike the whole day.
First pitch was absolutely a strike
strike 3 was a pitch you swing at with 2 strikes

Whatever dude, you're a freshman with like 10 ABs all season and you get you're chance with two outs in the 9th maybe you oughtta swing instead of trying to walk like a pussy.
