Apparently, the ump has a very generous strike zone...

High and inside, double steal, count is 3-1...
Throw beat the runner at 3rd, but Hanover missed the tag...

i personally believe (and i mean this from experience playing baseball most of my life albeit not at the college level) that it really only takes a couple of hits to break out of a slump. Hitting is contagious... It will come around.

Bert might be struggling this year but he saved our arse many of times last year. Loyalty is still worth something in my book. I'll support him all year and hopes he turns it around. We are not going to win every game.....

we have had many comebacks in the glory days. 3 runs is not that big of a hill to climb. Hitting is contagious. If they dont pull it out for a win then there is always tomorrow. its a 3 game series. and as meatloaf says 2 out of 3 aint bad.
