Can you explain why it was ruled incomplete?

THANK YOU MASTRSHAKE!!

I was coming in here to post this very picture. I appreciate the GIF. That illegal hit ultimately removed JJ from a game that he was playing very well in.

That no call actually drives me nuts as a fan.

Look, I get it, the SEC is going to do what they have to do to protect Bama, UF and Auburn (in that order).

My only problem with this particular form of entertainment (college football) is when the refs allow the player's safety to be compromised for the agenda.

That play with JJ is the play that stands out to me most from that game, much like the AU game from 2007 where Dorsey damn near had his career ended.

Both plays the refs looked right at it and did nothing. LSU gets a flag 10/10 times for that.

Fast forward to 2014 we had Jennings get his facemask ripped off...No Call.

Look at what is happening to LF7 this year with late hits, etc.

Think if JJ then or LF7 now played for Bama that would be allowed? Of course not.

There is also another pic from that 2009 game where I believe it was RJ Jackson breaking a run, and you can see his head being twisted to his left. Two refs are in the shot....NO CALL.

Those are things as a fan that piss me off with the SEC. Rig games to keep them close and "entertaining"? Fine with me.....but don't allow the players to get hurt over that crap. That's wrong.

Clear evidence Julio touched it. I can't show you any, but trust me.

Ruled incomplete. Confirmed incomplete by the conference days later. You'll deal with it.

Also, MastrShake,

You are pointing out many of the other terrible calls.

Personally, I knew what the end result of this game was going to be on the third play from scrimmage.

LSU got the ball first. It was third and 2. JJ scrambled for a first down. Clear as day first down. Ref comes in and marks the ball a full yard+ behind where JJ was down. LSU had to punt. You couldn't replay a spot at the time.

It was the right call.

What do you think the officials actually called and reviewed the play for? They reviewed to see if Peterson caught the ball in bounds, and people agree that he did. They did not review to see if Jones touched it, so you guys can really drop that argument.

All the officials, the replay official, and the entire conference have all confirmed this.

Sure it is.

Frame it however you want, but it's an incomplete pass.

Post one clear image of Julio's foot out of bounds before the touch and one of Julio actually touching the ball. I will give you any sum of money if you can do both.

Replay official that game was a known Bama supporter.

I think it is funny so many people want to believe what is so obvious.

Just enjoy it for what it is: Entertainment.

Had they made the right call on the PP int (or any other of the 8-10 bad calls), it would have been an even better game that it was.

The whole 2009 season was rigged for Bama and UF to play in the SECCG.

The other jacked up game from 2009 was UF vs Arky, UF vs MSU. LSU also got screwed against UF at home that year.

Anyone with a brain knew the end result of the 2009 season had they just watched one or two SEC games involving Bama and UF.
