So they “respect LSU” as a program but they are going to “run up the score” deliberately because some LSU FANS got together and put up billboards because one of LSUs best players was suspended for half a game on a targeting call that really emphasizes just how much the targeting rule needs to be revamped?

Let’s say for a second that this happens. That they deliberately leave Tua in to “run up the score”. I hate to wish injury on a kid, but it would serve them right if he got injured, ending his season, and then dropping games to State, Auburn, and the SECCG and not making the playoffs.

Alabama bias is not limited to the call on DW, it covers all aspects of Alabama football. They can decide to run up the score at will and they have a lot of respect for LSU? If I were an LSU player I would be upset.

Alabama DOES need help beating LSU. Since their steak began I can count at least 3 games that have had game-altering dog shite calls that swung the game in their direction. I seriously doubt Saban would ever say anything like that. I am not surprised that they will be using the ref bias as motivation.

In this scenario If a key injury happens late Saban can answer the question of why they were still in the game.

LSU fans should know Saban doesn't run up the score on anyone, he will always keep the starters in for the first series of the second half, so he doesn't lose momentum. I can't remember him ever intentionally running up the score
