I doubt there’s any significant difference in how “corrupt” one big time program is than any other. It’s a bad look to always claim the other guy is cheating when they are having more success. It just makes you look worse. LSU “got to play” for a title with two losses under Miles. When has a two loss team ever done that before or since. But that’s conveniently forgotten at LSU. The fact that Alabama “got to play “ in that title game you mentioned with LSU was validated by the clear dominance Alabama displayed in that shutout win. Quit claiming LSUs lack of success is due to a rigged system or bias blah blah blah. It’s embarrassing. Do better

His NIL Agent and its is 100% legal to do that under the new rules the NCAA rolled out.
It is 100% outside the rules for anyone connected with Bama (or any school, for that matter) to make contact with a player or representative of a player while they are on scholarship at another school. That is the very definition of tampering, and while it isn’t being enforced, it is spelled out as being outside the rules.
In the temporary one-time waiver rules for the 2020 preseason, the NCAA allowed schools to file tampering complaints to block players from transferring to schools that made contact. Unless that was specifically excluded when the rules were made permanent, it should still be part of the process.
While it’s hard to gather proof of tampering, look at Bradford when he came back here. It took until the last week of the season for him to get cleared to play. All you have to do is file a complaint or raise the issue and it throws a wrench into the process, so winning really isn’t the point. A kid who leaves for another SEC school would basically have to sit for at least part of a season.
If this is still available, LSU should let any player leaving know they will automatically file against any transfer inside the SEC right before the season starts, legit or not. If the weapon is there, use it to steer kids for are leaving to go outside the SEC.

Tampering is absolutely outside of the rules and we’ve had to deal with this shite with 3 players in the last 2 years, so you can frick right off. In-conference one-time waivers should have been blocked by the SEC to prevent this bullshite.

Go back to that cesspool SEC rant, you fricking scumbag.
Bama had no business playing for the title in 2011.
They couldn't even win the SEC west that year, much less the SEC championship. In fact, the whole system was so fricked up and flawed, it had to be completely changed because of that "do over" game that ya'll didn't deserve.

I’m pretty much finished with college football and recruiting. The Rick’s transfer was the final straw.

Ricks didn’t hide the fact he was looking for an NIL payout. Coaches/staff at the school can’t facilitate NIL deals. What business over there is paying an LSU CB endorsement money?

Wouldn't this be tampering? It looks like he was going through the procedure just to have us think it was a decision after the fact. Of course Saban and bama are untouchable.

Y'all need to stop the whining towards Alabama. The writing was on the wall and LSU had nobody of competence to act upon it. If you need to lash out, do it there. With the transfer rule wide the frick open and NIL playing as big of a part as everyone said it would, this was predictable. We knew this would be free agency and LSU walked into this signing day like they just realized people were serious about this shite. Welcome to the table Vincent LaGaurdia Gambini.

Schools can only provide legal guidance for NIL. Deals can not be tied to playing at a particular school.
Then how does Texas get away with their "every offensive lineman on scholarship gets $150K" deal? How is that any different?

The two loss LSU team actually played in and won its conference championship game.
Since the BCS era began , Alabama is the only team to fail to make it to its conference championship game , but play in the NC game. Likewise, it’s the only one to lose its conference championship game and make the playoffs. Okie St didn’t get that benefit in 2011.

Don't call your own foul during open play when someone scratches your wrist

Texas isn't providing that money. The "charity" is.

In LSUs 2 loss season, everyone had two losses. LSU lost both in OT.

It certainly doesn't hurt that $$$$$ is best buddies with current NCAA president and former LSU president Mark Emmett.
