Wow. that should tell you how close vegas thinks it will be.
Not sure i would take LSU and the 9.5 though after that offensive performance against SE louisiana. Defensive will keep it close for sure in the first half. even after playing washington auburn has not seen a defense like this one.

They definitely got it right for the Miami game. Miami was favored by 3 1/2 and won by 4. Vegas is never wrong.

The game was much closer than it appeared. This is why they are doing the line for Auburn.

It's gonna be right below the "Orgeron sucks" thread and the "Support the team and coaching staff" thread that gets started at least once a day.

Next to the “I hate my life and am miserable because LSU is only 2-0 and not 2-0 with better results (wahwah).”

It tells how close the betting public thinks it will be. It tells you where Vegas thinks they will get the most even action between the teams, generally.

Vegas only tries to get equal money on each side of a bet. They're not concerned with picking winners. The lines are set, and move, based on bettors' activity.

Or the "I'm miserable because people say things about my coach that are true" thread ... it all goes both ways and it's gotten old and stale.

9.5 is the equivalent of like a 4.5 NFL line.

Okay, so the bettors definitely got it right for the Miami game. Miami was favored by 3 1/2 and won by 4. that is why the line for this game is what it is. Vegas is NEVER wrong.
