No it isn’t. It could be a lot worse. At least LSU makes these companies comply with using logos in purple and gold.
You do realize LSU has now capitulated and it's only a matter of time before naming rights to Tiger Stadium are auctioned off.

Landline/fiber network sure, but Verizon has a wireless network at tigerstadium leased through at&t and will still provide service that will benefit from the upgrades

Not wifi. Wireless lte and 5g. The new system should be able to support full capacity or at least do much better than before to access mms, voice calls loading websites and possibly video calls, whereas before you could barely get a sms text out

I never have problems with Verizon except in Livingston Parish and at LSU. I had AT&T, and it was 100 times worse than Verizon.
Have also never had a problem with Verizon in the aftermath of a hurricane, and I have with AT&T.
