I agree with you, even though I think Georgia deserves to get in, but I think your list has the teams that should get in. It’s too bad that FSU lost their star QB, but that’s the most important player. Remove Milroe, and BAMA would stink too. I don’t know if Texas would sink without Ewers, Washington without Penix, and Michigan with McCarthy, but FSU’s offense stinks without Travis. They’re only okay with Rodemaker.

LSU would not be worse with Nuss, but I think Nuss is a far better QB than Rodemaker. However, if LSU had lost Daniels in the same position, and then proceeded to play as terrible as FSU has, I would say they wouldn’t deserve to get in either.

I meant LSU’s offense would be worse with Nuss than with Daniels, but I think Nuss is better than Rodemaker.

I think y'all will be mad when FSU gets left out. The injury PLUS they'll use Kentucky beating L'ville.
As bad as our defense in, I don't think FSU should be in over us. And they beat us.

FSU is one of three undefeated teams from a power-5. They're in. Period. Bama lost to Texas at home. Texas is in. It's not complicated.

The committee has said in the past if a team losing an important player that is one of the main reasons they are where they are, they will adjust that teams ranking because of that. So that would not be setting a precedent

Then redo that whole scenario with Rickie Collins.. if LSU still manages to win the SEC in horrendous fashion with the 3rd string in yet still goes unbeaten and they're left out you'd be absolutely apoplectic... Football is the ultimate team spot and why yes a QB means a lot as you witnessed today a team can still find a way to win.. so they deserve it..
Plus, Rodemaker will more than likely return for the playoff game..
