No worries. Lsu is on a nice run right now. But, some of us remember Stovall, Archer, and Dinardo.

Wait, you call not having lost a non conference reg season game in 12 years a "nice run"?? We've been to 3 and won 2 NCs since we last lost an OOC reg season game, man.

See above. Facts is why we're so confident.

You do know that was a Hollywood movie, right? A movie??

I swear you guys have not watched Wisky play

293 rushing yards vs. an SEC power in their last game.

Wisconsin can win this game & it would shock very few people outside of Louisiana if they do. The line is 4 points . That's it! I hope our players don't think like you do. Wisconsin kicked the shite out of the same Iowa team we struggled with in our bowl game

Would it kill some of you frickwads to take some posts as the joke they are meant to be.

Both teams lost a ton on defense last year,

?? LSU' defensive squad is supposed to be the bright spot because we only lost three guys who did not overwhelm the world . Glen Guilbeau actually said this defensive team was 2011ish but not quite. The 2011 starters and some subs are in the NFL.

The other big difference is the disparity in recruiting classes.

LSU Class ranking for 24/7 and Rivals
2011 8 6
2012 14 18
2013 6 6
2014 2 2

Wisc Class rankings for same
2011 39 40
2012 65 57
2013 38 57
2014 33 33

If Wisc can close this gap in talent then you have some of the best coaches in the country. It is not like LSU is sitting on these players either as they have been able to churn these guys out into the NFL at an amazing rate. For LSU much of the 2011 class is gone and a little of the 2012 class so that leaves us with some young but highly talented folks to play.

Bucky, you are probably gonna go away thinking that LSU has the cockiest fans in the country if you base it off of the interaction you get on the rant. Actually what you are seeing here on the rant is a large number of very young posters. We wean them here directly from the tit, to LSU Football. You can usually tell by a cartoon avatar or a very remedial Sig quote. If that doesn't give it away, you can usually tell by bringing up reasonable points that get followed up by cocky one liners. It's not their fault, they just don't have the knowledge to get into an intelligent debate. The only thing They know about Wisconsin is cheese heads, & they vaguely remember Ron Dayne when they were in 3rd grade

Dude you are full of shite, the average poster on this board fairly knowledgeable although biased which is understandable. You are being a total dick in this thread and you are no better than anyone else in here. If people make jokes and are cocky they have every reason to be. Wisconsin doesn't operate with nearly the talent level that LSU does. But by all means continue to bash LSU fans that don't seem to take wiscy as. Seriously as you do

the reality is that Wisconsin has some damn good football players and will give us all we can handle. this game can go either way but I expect LSU to pull out a W.

Yes a double digit loss to an uninspired SC. Keeps me up at night. Heck they only gave up 300+ passing the game before to PSU - that offensive machine.

In reality, they are nothing like LSU and they should figure this out after the game. I have been saying for a while that teams like the Badgers should be very thankful that LSU loses so many third year players to the drafts.

We're you saying the same thing before we played Ole Miss last year (be honest) ?

LSU has a lot of unknowns right now. talented freshmen ? no doubt, but still unknowns. If you don't think we will experience some growing pains at qb at some point and elsewhere you are disingenuous.

I'll bet that the few guys in Vegas that pay attention would agree that LSU can have success through the air with only average QB play while Wiscy will need their highly suspect QB to play lights out to be successful against the best secondary that he will ever face in the NCAA.

Old Miss? Ok, did you notice that LSU was one of only a few teams that had not taken a bye week when they played Ole Miss? LSU wasn't exactly healthy that game either because they wanted their bye weeks before the A+M and Bama games. Do you realize that our schedule makers have done the very same thing again this year?

Wait a minute... who's post are you replying to anyway?

If you would get on YouTube and watch the LSU Iowa game you would see what I am trying to say. LSU has been mauling opponents without anything close to decent QB play.

Also, LSU's defense totally shut Iowa down and will do the same to Wiscy because they will be better this year. Wiscy has never seen a defense with the ability to use nickel and dime packages to stop a power running attack. You will see exactly that more often that you've ever thought possible.

So no, I am not worried about LSU's QB play because they will have better QB play in this game.

I truly doubt that Wiscy has a receiver that can see anything near decent production in this game and yet I don't have to look any farther than our two incoming freshman receivers to find LSU guys that can produce against them barring bad QB play.

This is some serious homerism. Our two freshman, who have never played a down, are better than their veterans. Oh, lawdy, come on gameday!

Yes Chief does make adjustments. Just watch the A&M game from two years ago. Manziel came out on fire and then he was quickly shut down.
