Neither. Woodward should be canned and Landry and his board should be able to appoint their President of choosing and then hire a new AD. Landry also needs to keep his loud mouth shut and quit the political posturing.
This situation is working itself out the way it's supposed to, but he's making it worse in the public eye.

I am no fan of Landry, did not vote in last election. Woodward has done some good things for LSU in terms of fund raising, but this BK hire has turned out bad and in hindsight, if Lane wanted the job as it was publicly stated back after 2021 when O was fired and Woodward did not even interview him, that was not a good decision.
With that said, Landry getting involved was something that Coach Urban Meyer mentioned on his podcast last night that is very concerning in his opinion for LSU and this hire. I watched it (Meyer does have his own podcast). Meyer's comments are now being picked up by the media and with Him saying that, the 2nd most successful coach after Saban the last quarter century could impact LSU's hire. Now I am not saying it is 100% certain it will impact the hire, but I think you have to say it is not a 0 probability that it will not impact it.
