I have seen LSU teams fight hard and stay competitive even when they get bad breaks but fans? Many leave the stadium early as soon as they don't like something. I have seen fans who stay in rain and snow to support their teams who are 1-9. Aren't fans supposed to display the same attitude they expect from players? There are people who immediately relate any adversity in a single game to the coaching staff and the program as a whole. The law of transitivity does not apply to football games and strange events happen in football games that affects the outcome of football games every week. Get up, dust off, and get ready for the next game if you expect players to do the same; that is what sports are supposed to be all about anyway.

Amen. The team doesn't give up. They bust their butts in practice and games. They have pride. Some fans, well, not so much.

I'll be there Saturday in the rain/ice/snow freezing and yelling for my team.

I totally agree...but people are not robots.
They cant turn their passion and animosity for Bama off like a faucet. Its still a raw wound.

By mid week, most people will be ready to whup some piggy arse.

I can't go to a lot of games because of distance, but I went to the Kentucky game this year and stayed through the alma mater.

Some of us don't have the luxury of going to many games like some on here, but when we do, we're all in to the end.

Hell, I went to the State Game this year and stayed to the bitter end. I only get to 1 or 2 games a year, (was there Saturday night) and don't leave early Period.

I agree that being able to attend all games is a privilege. I think the fans that are able to make it to the random games are more fired up than the regulars on average, but many of the regulars put their heart and soul into the experience as well.

I have been to many LSU football games over the years, probably more away games than home because of where life has taken me.

I wish I was closer to BR than I am. However I support LSU at home or away or on TV.

I love LSU football mainly because of my deceased dad, and I will till I die. At any game, I stay till the end, regardless of traffic or any other reason.
I have never seen in person or on TV a game that I haven't seen all zeros on the time clock.
