Avoid sacks, which LSU has done a good job of this year due to Daniels' legs, and LSU will be fine.

I don't see LSU scoring 50+ against that caliber of defense, but 38-42 should be doable. I am unsure if LSU's defense can keep A&M under that number.

There's no denying A&M has great talent on defense, especially in the front 7, but their overall numbers are a bit inflated by shutting down bad offenses.

They've played four teams in the top 50 offenses, giving up an average of 33 points per game in those contests. Competent offenses have moved the ball on them.

TAMU is similar Bama defensively. Difference is TAMU has a better DL but worse secondary. They have given up 321 to Bama, 374 to Miami and 387 to Ole Miss QBs. Jayden can get to 400 passing a 4 TDs with another 100 rush yards and 2 TDs to finish the season winning 45-35. With Daniels, it's more about who you got that can open field tackle him, and they don't have anybody and LSU players immediately go to blocking when Daniels takes off.

If this LSU team had A&M’s defense we would be talking about this team being better than the 2019 team.

If they're so rip-snortin' good, how did they lose four games? Ole Miss and Missouri have only lost two, and Jayden was quite productive against both, as well as Bama

Yes. I remember last season. Nothing is a given. Ask Auburn about New Mexico State. Our boys better be ready.

AS long as JD5 is healthy, no- I am not worried about scoring points...

no one can stop LSU's offense...no one has, no one will

We lost our starting quarterback in week 4.

Yes I’m worried about their defense. LSU will score but they will get stops. I’m more worried about LSUs’ defense ability to get stops.

The difference between them and Bama is that their targeting skills aren’t as well developed as Saban teaches.

(although the refs have jobbed us against the Aggies too)

There’s isn’t a team that A&M has faced who has two first round pick WRs and another 3rd option who is also really good.

We will have to be creative in the run game but if we scheme the run game then we will be able to find balance.

Our DL is actually playing well and have gotten better each week. Now that we have Weeks back the linebackers should play a little better. Our young DBs have gotten better each week as well. So maybe, just maybe the D puts it altogether this week. Plus it’s A&M at our field. Pay back is in play.

I think Daniels has a big game and I’m hoping our Defense plays its best game of the year. Win this week, followed by a bowl win and that will bring us positively into next season. Retain some players, develop the youngsters and bring in top end talent via portal and HS then we can turn this thing around in a year.

No.

As many have said. Great front seven. So did Alabama and we carved them up.

This game a similar feel as Florida. The defense has played slightly better and should hit a higher than 25% stop rate. We pulled away late in a close battle.
