Rows 30 and up generally are covered.

I sit in the second to last row and we are covered from rain, and get some shade. I think the last 8-10 rows are covered. 2:30 start games usually get shade.

Think we're row 35 ... Section 419. No covering at all.

Shade yes.. For a longer period of time.. But if it rains you will get wet... The company I work for supplied the scaffold for the construction and I was there near completion in the South end zone. If they had come out any farther it would have blocked the view of the north end zone during a game...
I have pics but am not good at getting pics on here from my phone...

How are the views from this height in Sec 419? Small players? Are plays visible in the opposite endzone other than on the screen?

I'd imagine this picture was taken in the early afternoon. So for evening/night games, I'd say there'd be plenty of shade at the top, but only rain protection for the top 3 rows or so.

I'd offer these two pictures...
Edit: And this one...
The overhang from the club seating looks minimal...

This pic seems to show the shade pattern...

Depending on your seat number, you may sit right behind me.

Nice....I guess.
I'm happy with the lowest Tradition fund in the lower bowl.

No one is going to know for sure because there wasn't a kickoff before 6pm last year. I'll let you know after the Auburn game.
My hunch is that it's shaded at the very top starting around 5pm.

For me it's fine ... Yes we can see the replay board behind the student section. Been there since the 2003 season I think. Would love to move lower just for purposes of convenience when we're older. But I love my aisle seats.

I've had tickets on the top row of the South end zone for about 25 years. The new overhang only covers about four rows. The location on the top rows determine if sun reaches your seats. In the sections directly behind the gold posts, there are is a very brief period when the sun hits us, but it's at sunset so the heat is not significant.
