I saw on Sec country a projection of key to the dolphins at 11. Do y'all remember when they drafted Dion Jordan out of Oregon? Very similar measurables and position. Was a total disaster. If you're a dolphins fan how would you take that pick? Not bashing key. Just remembering Jordan being a sure thing. I don't think anyone has drafted an Oregon defensive player that high since.

I was strictly talking about Oregon Ducks. Not Big Ed

He had a DT go around #3 overall out of USC I believe.

Edit: Leonard Williams, 2015 #6 overall.

Dion Jordan was drafted high because he had a great combine and was a a physical freak but I don’t think he’s anywhere near the difference maker tgat Key can be. CAN be.

I’ve seen him as high as 6 on some projections. If he gets his act together he can be a Demarcus Ware type player.

I wouldn't compare him to Demarcus Ware by any means, but he could realistically put up those types of numbers with his potential. (me being slightly biased)

But I do think he will be a very good DE in the NFL. I think if he can put on some muscle (not fat) and keep his speed, he will have a very successful career. You worry about him with his previous offseason and not knowing what was going on. That alone drops him from being a top tier draft pick (1-5 range). A good combine will put him 6-15 range imo. A bad combine puts him 16-25. He is a freak regardless and DE's rule the NFL so someone will take him in first round.

I say Ware because of their body type and extremely long arms. Basically same build with Key being a little taller.

Yeah. Keys on that same level where he has seemingly bunch of potential. I could be wrong but Dion Jordan wasn't focused in the league and couldn't stay in ideal shape. Arden will have to work his arse off. Or else dudes like that get chewed up by the league every year

Clowney II is a quitter without the big hit vs a Michigan in a bowl game. He's been forgotten and will slide to the 4th or 5th round. If he had only played against N.D. and brought a win.... He would have been a first round pick, perhaps the top overall pick in the draft. He blew it.

This is the dumbest shite I have ever seen in the rant.

Seriously.

God this post is so fricking stupid. You think one game would take him from 4th round to top overall pick?

You are literally too stupid to insult

IF Key shows up to the combine and tests like we think he can AND his shoulder and hand are healthy he will be a first round pick easily. How his handling of this season impacts where in the first i have no clue, but he’s going in round one

Problem with Key is above the neck. He took the year off at LSU trying not to get hurt, and that will drop his draft stock. No one knows how he will play once he gets money. He could be the beast he was last year or the slacker he was this year

I'm "bashing" him. I told everyone last spring how his junior year would play out. This guy quit on his team and school. I don't think he has what it takes to play in the NFL. I could care less.

I believe he is the love child of Brady Quinn & Ricky Williams.

How much less? A lot less? Do you care a lot? Such an ambiguous statement.

That’s a lot of ifs to be as insulting as you are don’t you think? I mean IF I were 2 inches taller and IF I could run I’d be a first rounder too!
