Aranda was gone before the season started, and he coached like it.

Not his last confetti party. He'll get to watch it every year from B-Dub's in Waco!

I don't know how quickly this came together.

But that definetly seems like a "mission accomplished, onto the next challenge" look.

After all the crap some on this board gave him... he earned it.

After taking it in he was thinking “OK, need to breakdown film, no wait.”

Bigger questions is, does this change the opinions of some of the defensive guys that were planning to come back for another year?

Professor X, the mad scientist. Wish him all the luck in the world. Imagine if he beats Texas and Oklahoma next year

coaching is a sleazy profession and I think it's so rampant that they expect it from each other, but these coaches had to be negotiating for at least several weeks, kind of skulking around doing everything on the down low, being distracted from their job, I think that's illegal in the NFL and you want to talk about a sleazeball organization

Well, he most definitely did in the Texas and Ole Miss games this season.

Looked up at the confetti, rubbed his head, started game planning for week one next year.
