You do realize that they have been playing against their own team who know them inside and out and should know what’s coming.Clemson won’t know what’s coming so where’s their upper hand.LSUs O and D line recruiting the last 3years has been the best consistently since NS.The O line should be fine , there is talent there.

Sounds like tackles are fine but guards are struggling

We have NFL dudes all over our front 7 2-deep.

The o-line will be better for having faced these guys.

Why is no one around here mentioning Mascona said Thompson and Davis made a hole on the right side for a Caden 45 yard TD run?

Besides that 45 yard TD run. They were getting stuffed all day.
This is according to Hunt Palmer and Tiger Bait.

Take out Campbell and Jones and the OL would have been a disaster the last 3 seasons. They had the edges sealed off so the interior OL issues were overlooked. There's a reason we couldn't run the ball with any consistency.

Yeah big time, but it’s still early.

Nuss’ tendency to play poorly in loud environments (see A&M and Florida games)

South Carolina was as loud or louder than any road game last year.

Day 6 and the hand wringers are already out. Of course the Oline
Is going to struggle early against what I believe will be one of the best Dlines in the country. But they have also had some victories. They are still evaluating some of them but with reps they will get better.

Chester is the problem which should come as no surprise

Maaaannnnnn ..... I really really don't like hearing this. I hope you're wrong. I hope the people saying he's not starting Center anymore, so he's fine - I hope they're right.

I hope he plays much better because he's guard now, and it's his second year and has more experience.

Hope.

Nope

They’ll be fine - and I’ll venture to say we’ll run block better

So does every other top 15 team in the B10/SEC/Clemson. Even Texas Tech has multiple nfl guys on their front 7

Interior was good in 2022 and 23 but last year dropped about 40 spots in overall rating. Dellinger was solid the last 3 years, Bradford was a mauler in 2022, Turner was the weak link in 22 but improved in 23.

I am not holding my breath for Chester. Even when he was tasked with just hitting the guy in front of him last year, he got his shite pushed in.

The interior OL still struggling is no surprise to me. Hope it gets better.

That’s where most of the pressure is coming from in practice. From the inside.

It’s Josh Thompson that’s been getting his arse whipped everyday.Tyree Adams is getting his arse whipped. Weston Davis is the only one that seems to be taking care of business. Curne was moved to guard today too, which is a good idea.
