Link me to one case where any white man was charged for a fight with a black man where the black man started it without a scintilla of evidence race based intent, and I’ll change my conclusion.

I believe I’ve said repeatedly that the beating we saw was excessive and was with the guy in the ground and he could/should be charged with battery.
The other guy, we don’t see how he got knocked out. Could have been one punch.

You know there are actual studies on this right? We don’t have to speculate. When controlled for number of encounters black people are less likely than whites to be killed by the police.
