Coach O is a damn genius for moving around the OL due to multiple injuries

yes, I think Pocics move to tackle may just be coach O trying to get the best 5 on the field. Dodd may be one of the best 5 uninjured and he plays center, while Pocic is more versitile.

God h screwed up that oline. In 14 vs bama that left side with Collins and Alexander was the reason we could run it against bama. All he needed to do was replace Collins with pocic and keep Alexander at lg where he could've been all conf easily maybe AA instead he moved him all the way to rt replaced him with a freshman and put Hawkins who couldn't do the job at lt. Result is what we saw vs bama and all the good teams we faced down the stretch.

He is a tackle/guard in the NFL

Start out at Guard and end up at Tackle, with the ability to play Center if needed. Dude should be a 1st round pick considering that and his other attributes. It is damn hard to find any other player that truly has the ability to play any position on line and do it well.

He might not be the perfect size for a center, but is easily one the best in college, plus he's coming back from injury this spring. Pocic was also a damn good guard his sophomore year. The NFL is going to love his potential.

Pocic got absolutely eaten alive against Alabama. The guy is too tall for that position. He can't get low and get leverage against those big nose tackles. Move Pocic out to where he should be a can dominate and let Fournette go for 2 Benjamins against Alabama.

He's the best center in the country and a potential late first round pick at that position. Not saying he's unable to play any other positions but if the Rant's reasoning is based on him being too tall... well that's just stupid.

Twice in first quarter vs Mizzou the tackle was in the backfield before Pocic got out his stance.

but he's rated a top C in next year's draft

Good then he will still be the #1 Center and show versatility to play OT. FYI- OTs draft higher than Centers.
