yes I get that people don't want O protected by admin or by the governor or by whoever... if he's not doing well, i don't want him protected either, as do most LSU fans.

There are numerous reasons and benefits to beating the University of Texas in the upcoming football match between them and LSU.

Having UT where they are now comfirms 100 times over what we thought he could be. Which is why he was offered before O.
i would take him in a heartbeat, and can't really blame him for taking the UT job when Alleva ran like a punk from a negotiation.

I think you can make a case that Alleva jacked up the potential Jimbo hire, but I don't think Herman was ever serious about LSU. He's a Texas alum and leveraged us to get what he wanted in Austin.

It was also concluded that I was a member of two paysites prior until the summer of 2016. I mostly posted on the Food & Drink board. I had no need to communicate with Rantards about football when I was a member of two sites with normal people.
