He couldn't even overcome a coach that Eaux fired, who was in his first gig as an interim head coach. Hot Lips lost to Maryland two years in a row, BUT Matt Canada was only interim coach for one of the beatdowns
lol, now Canada sucks because Ogre couldn't get out of the way of his own ego. Canada is the coach Ogre fired who happened to have far more statistical success against Bama than his bbq buddy. So, does this mean Canada is better than Ogre allowed him to be? nah, it means Herman is terrible. Got it.

Jimbo told LSU to frick off twice and has been elevated to "god-like" status by the Tards.
god-like status definition according to O-pumpers: anyone with a better resume than O.

What exactly did you say about the head to head with Jimbo and Orgeron? Refresh my memory.

Gotcha.

So if LSU wins, Orgeron beat Herman.

Sure. And I hope he does, it would be necessary for LSU to secure the 11 wins I expect from them.

Man, if LSU lost to UT but beat everyone else including Alabama, I’d be pretty ecstatic. Of course 12-0 would be absolutely amazing.

The Texas game is a defacto referendum on the current staff. I'm not sure if we lose that game, we recover.

But yeah, it would work out better at the end of the season to lose early and non conference than late and in conference.

Maybe according to people here. I could easily see the staff and team using a L to Texas as extreme motivation though.

“used”

Gosh, I have never heard of highly sought after individuals pushing the envelope to get the best deal they can for themselves and their families.

And maybe Herman used Joe’s hesitation to compete for him as a sign of only luke warm interest in acquiring him.

But hey, maybe you’re right. It could be that my dislike for Joe is coloring my opinion on this subject.

Sure. But the way it went down was an obvious attempt to use LSU as a bargaining chip.

What hesitation? They had a "handshake deal" which Herman backed out of.
