Anybody following the Cornell frat rape situation?

I have noticed something odd in the coverage. Nobody is asking what the Snapchat thread says under the thumb of the person holding the phone. I feel like that what may be under there is a clue why there were no charges initially.

She reported an incident in 2024, so this isn't a situation where she remained silent for two years and then suddenly came out with allegations.

It's one of those situations in life where you should never just "believe the woman"... but you should also not automatically "disbelieve the woman ."
It's truly the definition of a case by case sort of deal.. you cant even honestly say 'most of the time' it's this , or it's that.. b/c you would be lying .. I have seen outcomes, both favorable to the woman, and also ones that are favorable to the guy .. Wait and see .

Could be that the "plaintiff" really was sorta forced but she liked one of the dudes, and thought it really wasn't that bad and didn't say anything. Besides, the vodka and orange juice was free.

If she said this on the record with police at the time of the incident, I don't know how successful a civil case will be.
I really hope if it is true, she gets her justice, and if it's not true and she's doing this as a cash grab on some wealthy families, that she gets an equally severe punishment.

From the outside, it appears to be a case where she was ok with what happened for a while, then changed her mind. So it wasn’t rape then, but now it is and nothing changed except time.
