Yeah those were my thoughts too. It sounded like he had a seizure based on BK’s comments post game but that’s pure speculation.

Reading between the lines it sounded like he collapsed which is always scary & likely requires a hospital stay to rule other things out

We see him in a IG post of Will receiving an IV in a hospital bed with EKG pads mounted on key locations around his chest.

But we are not allowed to go there. No, no...don't speculate about it...something that has been happening to young athletic males for the last 18 months.

I wonder if inflammation of the cells on a major organ or inflammation of the cells that makes up a sac that surrounds said organ could cause these symptoms?

The flu combined with stress of playing left tackle as a true freshman against a top 10 team could make me have a damn episode.

The good news is we play unranked Florida next so Will should be completely healed.

But, you did. And rightfully so. If it is that, we will never know. But there's no denying the fact that it's happening, whether it applies here or not.

Yeah. Hopefully it’s not something career threatening. If I remember correctly something similar happened to Stingley last year and he was back pretty quick.

Brian Kelly verbatim said the episode likely had to do with dehydration. He just also added it might not be the only thing, but anything life threatening was ruled out

Dehydration was the only thing he actually did offer up as a potential contributing reason

I did not hear that. Awesome news. I look forward to having him back for Florida because we need him.

That wasn't the only thing he said though. Dehydration seemed like a diagnosis of exclusion. Reading between the lines, I really don't expect Campbell back this week if only out of abundance of caution.

Could have gotten dehydrated from throwing up over and over after looking at the Denbrock game plan.

Just saying non-life threatening does NOT equal non-career threatening.

Based on hints I'm thinking it might be career-ending. Speculating of course which really would fricking suck and be our luck with OL.

I heard he might have epilepsy which I'm not sure how that impacts football tbh? I doubt you could play with that since it could strike at any point even treated with meds.

I would think if it was something serious it would come out more so hopefully he fully recovers and not much comes from it.

He passed out. The question is why? Hopefully it was dehydration from the flu (like I've heard) and not b/c of a vaccine (like a lot of us are thinking).

Unless Campbell can someone make the entire team more physical, and can play qb, it won’t matter.

Any time EMS is needed to take someone to the ER for any type of "episode" is cause for concern. Medical staff on hand can handle almost anything and calling EMS is only done for extreme situations.

That said, hopefully he's back to 100% soon and all "scary" causes are eliminated.

I've seen several things point towards either his heart or seizures. LSU reported dehydration but BK contradicted the reports by saying they don't really know what it is with an episode like that. Plus, for dehydration if they have medical staff on hand and then felt like he needed to go to ER it's probably something worse than needing an IV.

I mean, if it was worse we'll hear about it I'm sure at some point but at this point maybe they don't know what it was so I doubt he even plays against Florida.

None of that is specific enough for you to say his career is over
