He’s not better than Daniels so he doesn’t play. He’s better than Howard/they don’t want to play Howardso he’s useful as a backup.

Good question. I guess BK is such a good corch that he knows that there is no point in giving Nuss any snaps, especially when the starter is chucking it all over the yard.

Obviously he has reason to believe that Nuss would be even worse. Apparently you disagree despite having much less information than BK.

Anyone thinking Nuss is better than Daniel’s didn’t watch the Southern game. The worst defense by far we will play and he looked like hot fricking garbage. He was 13-23 against Southern with 2 int’s. Last week he was 2-6 for 5 yards.
Not hating on the kid but he isn’t better than Daniel’s and it’s not even close.

Anyone thinking Nuss isnt possibly better than Daniels with more playing time didnt watch the New Mexico game. One of the better defenses we've played so far and he looked great in that game. He was 9-10 with 135yds and 1 TD 0 INT.
The New Mexico defense was significantly better than Southern and he did very very well.
Not hating on Daniels but Nussmeier deserves a shot based on the New Mexico performance.
