I started to this morning but talked myself out of it. Got to church and saw 3-4 other baws wearing one. Might wear mine next Sunday

Especially after we beat the Gaytors.

We wore suits to church growing up. I miss that relic of reverence and decorum.

I sometimes wear a purple shirt and yellow tie, or vice versa. If I'm liturgist or preaching, I wear a suit (but I tend to wear some purple). Most of the congregation are gators, so I have to be forgiving.

I almost always wear LSU gear for Methodist Men's meetings. And my office at UF is full of LSU memorabilia.

My priest is an enormous LSU and Saints fan. I wear my LSU polo each Saturday and while walking out, he shakes my hand and gives me a big “Geaux Tigers”.

Consider Reverence as a small return to the Lord for all the good He has done for you.

Keep holy the Sabbath
