Yes and No. Its great for kids with a criminal record because they will immediately follow in the footsteps for the last four starting QBs LSU has had.
Its terrible for recruiting kids without criminal records because their parents won't want them to follow in LSU's now lofty QB tradition.

Screw a team vote, make them do a walk of shame during the McNese Game via GOT style. They'll learn to stop going to Tigerland during the summer. Although with all the sensitivity today they'll probably turn it into a race war. Might negatively effect recruiting.
