It was predicted by multiple sports people that this would happen for these 2 high profile, high dollar players. They have brought attention to the WNBA, more games on tv, and sellouts. Jealousy and hate by some WNBA players is acting out on tv. This is not competitive playing. Reese is the only rookie I have heard that has been taken down viciously like this, deliberately trying to take her out. That player should be suspended (without pay) for the next game, the WNBA should send a message they won't tolerate this.
