Yet, more positives on turning this thing around. Made possible by O taking less money so they could put more money into the coaches, and staff, and get some coaches off payroll.
But, you won't hear any appreciation from our fans.

These guys feel like GA with hire salaries and less contact with the players.

I want to know what Derrick gets paid.

Crazy fact about Kevin Coyle
Was the DC for the US Merchant Marines in 1981.
Didn’t know they had a team.

This is neither good nor bad until it works, or until it doesn't work.
So tell me, let's just say O goes 9-4 again next year and then somewhere between 8-10 wins the following year as well.
Basically, continuing the 8-10 win results we've had over the last 15 years. What does that say about these analysts?

Lets be real, O wasn't a sought after commodity so he pretty much had to take what he's making.

So, between the $600k to analysts and the $1.7 million to Canada, that’s roughly $2.3 million dollars that could have been spent on hiring a competent head coach from the start.

People can say whatever they want but O is being given fuching everything he wants. If he can’t succeed it’s 150% on him.

Hire and higher and two different things. In this case you mean a greater or bigger salary which would be HIGHER. Hire means to employ someone for wages/money.

Props to O for modernizing the staff in this sense. But the whole “O is a bargain!” thing kind of gets thrown out when you consider we’re paying two head coaches and three offensive coordinators now and also paying Aranda a head coach’s salary

Please don't do that. Pointing out the mysteries of English to all the experts on this site is a thankless task.

That is actually cheap as hall for that number of coaches....I didn’t realize how little those guys are making.
