Two rounds of rain on today. One in the morning and one in the afternoon and evening.

If they take care of the field today there hopefully won’t be a probably after they push the game back a little bit tonight. They’re going to do all they can to not have to play a game during those concerts this weekend.

Nobody will know anything for Friday until we get into the timeframe where the Hi-Res models can give an idea of whats going to happen

Hope Ole Miss doesn't try to play Friday to burn Skenes like USCe did.

Right now, 70% chance of rain on Friday. Obviously, will be subject to change. Saturday and Sunday look good.

If they try that, why not just move Skenes to Saturday and do the Little/whole staff game Friday, and Floyd on Sunday? Can't risk burning Skenes on a bush league move again.

all this means is its probably going to rain at some point in those 24 hours

The front could speed up and be out of there by the afternoon or it could slow down and not rain until the middle of the night or next morning

If they play and there's any chance of the game being postponed Skene's should not pitch.

We fricked ourselves last year in a similar situation vs Ole Miss.

Burned Hilliard and Floyd in Friday/Saturday Game 1.

Fontenot started Game 2.

:oof:

On the bright side, Floyd went 6.0 IP of 1 R ball.

Shows 100% Friday night. They definitely locked in on a system moving through. I guess we’ll know more on the time frame closer to Friday.

If they have to play two games on Saturday, be aware they are having a Morgan Wallen concert at the football stadium at 5:30pm. They are expecting big crowds in town for that concert and the one he is doing at 5:30pm on Sunday. They are limiting parking on campus like it was a football weekend. Be careful where you park or you will get towed. Geaux Tigers!

Just a PSA for anyone planning on going to the Saturday game. You will not be allowed to park on campus without a parking permit as they are having a concert in the football stadium that night.

Friday looks like a washout in Oxford.

I will cuss like a Sailor if this happens.

I'm driving my daughters and girlfriend to Houston Friday for the Taylor Swift Concert. My plan of sitting in the hotel room, eating BBQ, and watching the game during the concert will be shot to shite.

Technically, it means that 70% of the Oxford area will be covered by rain clouds at some point during the day

wouldn't be a baseball weekend without having to worry about bad weather and rescheduling.
