Pretty sure she’s a butter face and her voice is obnoxious and the only reason I listen to it sometimes is because it’s the only thing on before 6 AM in the morning on sports radio.

Burrow was before NIL. These "agreements" seem to stem from when the NIL era started and maybe not everyone signed the same agreement.
Again, I hadn't heard of this until I was listening to this woman this morning on ESPN radio.
Sounds crazy, but look how NIL started and what it has become. Even softball players are becoming millionaires.

If using someone’s picture and highlights is using someone’s image and likeness then it doesn’t matter when they played.
The lawsuit that caused this was a player who was already done playing Ed Obannon.
Either lsu has full rights regarding games and footage played at lsu or not.
