I don't get some LSU fans' cockiness about playing State this year - that game is not a gimme by any stretch. Let's hope our players are taking that game seriously as a potential upset. We SHOULD beat them, but please don't take them for granted.

If you are sick of MSU fans, how in the hell do you survive the Bama, Ole Miss, Arkie and Aggy fans? They are all much worse. MSU fans are probably the coolest of any fans in the conference, and as a visiting fan, you just couldn't be treated nicer than the people in Starkville treat you. They would literally be the last SEC fan base I would bitch about, including our own.

State had one of the worst defenses last year and we barely beat them. They play us hard and want that win!

No doubt. Mullen is a great offensive coach and he's got a talented, experienced QB this year, which is always a dangerous combination. I'm not counting any chickens in Starkville yet.

I've always tolerated Miss. State fans and seen them as allies because we have the same common enemy in Ole Miss.

Agreed, and that is going to be a very competitive game, they have a really good QB and they actually have a defense this year.
