Honestly no. I respect State fans like I respect Cleveland Brown fans. They know their gonna suck, they know we're gonna whip that arse- yet they continue to find false hope. Didn't Aranda chase their golden boy last year? Let them pretend like they can actually compete with the big boys. Come next Sunday- they'll know exactly where they stand in the SECw.

They are the nicest of the sec. Live in ms? They defeated ole miss in the off season and maybe setting up season ending wins for years to come. Guess it has them pumped up.

I live in the midst of teeming State, Ole Miss and Bama fans. Believe me, State fans are great. I'll take them over the others anytime. Friendly, knowledgeable and realistic plus they never shite talk. Plus they have an animal health center that is world class and second to none.

I live about 35 minutes from Starkville - I'll take those Cowbell ringing Bulldog fans anyday over these bandwagon Bama fans or worse yet, the Ole Miss fans who yell "Hotty Toddy" when their team wins and "Roll Tide" when there team isn't winning. This particular area sucks lol - there are a few decent fans of each team, but man I've watched these kids wearing MSU gear or some other school their whole life and the past 5 years they've all gone to the big A and won't shut the heck up about how many championships their team has won.

Honestly all the Mississippi state fans I know are awesome. Even their posters are hilarious. Texas A&M on the other hand is another story.

People actually have a problem with State fans?

I've seen it all.

Hell, most state fans I know root for LSU as their second-team.

MSU is the only other SEC-W team I can remotely stand - their coach, their fans and their team.

One of my brothers is married to a State grad and every year their house is filled with LSU and State people.

Their football fans couldn't be friendlier or more reality based if they tried.

Now, baseball is a whole different story.

I played there and you can't ask for a nicer fan base. I would gladly ship some of our LSU "fans" to Starkville in exchange for some of their fans.

I mean, the last 3 meetings were all decided by less than 6 points. With the largest margin of victory in those 3 being a State win.

They play us tough every year. They have the 2nd best Head Coach in the conference.

They are not that far behind us.

The game where Dak Prescott shredded us was not close. Yes, Harris had a nice comeback due to some State turnovers, but that game was not close in anything but score.

Starkville will be no cakewalk, LSU better be ready to play some football. I think this is a very dangerous game.

I worry about Miss State about as much as I worry about A&M, which is not at all. Dak isn't there anymore. We're gonna beat that arse.
