Les has earned the right to another year. For better or worse. If u can't get a difference maker to be the next head coach, i.e. Jimbo, Gruden, etc. then he MUST be given another year... I'm sure the cabal has told him to make significant changes on offense. But, I think Les knows he has to improve the passing game.

Miles has been our coach for eleven years. In ten of those years, he has lost two or more games. He has lost five straight times to Saban and seven of the last nine. Basic deduction and empirical evidence strongly suggest that we'll once again lose two or more games next year, which won't be enough to contend for either the SEC or national title. And that's lsu football. A sort of mindless repetition.So be it.

One thing that is very clear from the media, fans and the masses. Those that wanted Miles out are truly in the minority.

Like it or not Les Miles is good for college football, he is liked and he is respected by those within college football even if he is not fully appreciated. He brings the spotlight to LSU better than anyone ever has and keeps the institution in the public eye and this is good for the university.

When the 2016 preseason rankings come out you'll see LSU in the top five.
