At UGA, they call the 3rd level at Sanford Stadium the "Tech Deck": shitty seats required for the visiting team so the home fans get better ones.

agreed, but this is one of those cases where it's also true, as it is, sitting in the upper deck is almost like not being there to me, and I won't go above the lower bowl anymore, I've been fortunate to get seats in the lower bowl, but if I couldn't, I'd prefer to stay out at the tailgate and watch it on tv, but that's just me

Actually the new SEZ Upper seats will be a little lower than the E and W Uppers, so they will be pretty decent seats.
The SRO area though, maybe a bit higher.

Saw them last night. Think I'd prefer to sit there in the new south upper than at the top of the southendzone bowl. Seats will probably be bigger and concessions and restrooms right there. FWIW: the addition looks more amazing in person than in pictures.

Yep I agree. For once I 'd like to sit BELOW the Skoal Drool Detergent Head Teabaggers than above them in the SE corner :)
