I just watched a video about someone making a mod to an old NCAA football Xbox game and they are making each team on the game have rosters of all-time greatest players. It got me thinking what LSU roster would look like. QB is not up for debate but the rest of the roster is interesting to see who will make the cut. What y’all think? I have ..
QB Joe B
Rb Kevin Faulk
WR Josh Reed
WR Michael Clayton
WR Justin Jefferson
TE Richard Dickson
OL A. Whitworth
OL A. Faneca
OL K. Mawae
OL E. Andolsek
OL L. Collins

That’s what I came up with on Offense , who y’all got on defense? Help me out

That Oline my goodness, it won’t matter who your damn RB is. Also, receiver probably gonna be the biggest gripe people on here with your list but that will also be the hardest position to select and really no wrong choice honestly. Hard to say we aren’t WRU. I’d probably have to drop Clayton for Chase or Landry.

I was born in the 90s so that’s where my frame of reference begins..

CB1: Peterson
CB2: White
Nickel: Badger
LB: White
LB: Faulk
LB: James / Highsmith / Perkins?
SS: Landry
FS: Dreadlocks or Steltz
DL: Spears
DL: Dorsey
DL:Williams
DL: Hunter probably or mingo

I thought about that but Chase didn’t make it for me because he only really played one season. That 1 season was unreal so it was hard to leave him out . I could have gone either way.

So you don't think Chase should be one of the WR?

I'd put Hester at every position except QB (Joe), and win every game.

Brockers was better than Williams. Probably the most underrated DL at LSU ever. He absolutely made everyone on that 2011 DL much better than they were. He disrupted nearly every play and controlled the LOS. He was a dominating DT that people seem to forget about. Had a very good NFL career going too. He soaked up all the double and triple teams and still disrupted plays.

He was only a RS Sophomore when he left for NFL which puts it into perspective how much more dominating he would've been if he stayed.

I would find it difficult to leave Billy Cannon off the team considering he is one of only two heisman winners we’ve ever had at LSU

The best receiver in LSU history was Jamarr Chase, and you don’t have him in the top three.

If you dont have Michael Brooks at either OLB or DE it is not an all time team!

He played 2 seasons, and in one of them he set LSU’s single season records for receiving yards and receiving TDs. He’s top 3, no doubt.
