At some location & time, CJJ said he spoke to the team before the aggie game.

The way he explained it was a little misleading.
He says they would have gotten out of it if the 3rd baseman was playing back, like he should have. The game was already tied at that point. That’s not getting out of it.

Pretty cool to hear him talk about that SR experience though. I liked how he said he hates LSU forever now, but if he was coming up into college baseball today, he’d choose LSU.

The posters here who never experienced the old Alex Box will never understand how magical it was.

I grew up going to games there from about 1985 on. My dad took me to a lot of them because I was a baseball junkie.

I was a student at LSU from 1996-2000. Pretty decent run at that time too

Just like "Old" Tiger Stadium before the LSUAD "Delicate Geninuses" turned it into NFLish PIM-Corporate-Wine & Cheese hell.

Maybe you need to re-enroll, so we can put together more runs like that.

Mitchell, like a boss, didn't even look down to see how much dirt he had on him.

I was at that series. We were packed in like sardines. People to the left sweating on me, people to the right sweating on me, but it was incredible and then the next day I left for vacation at the beach.

I’ve always believed this is what changed the momentum in game 2.

The baseball team definitely made up for some bad football for a few years.
