Just found out Alex Box is a cashless venue. Glad I found out before the game. Seems like one of the top 10 SEC baseball venues would have more payment options

Cashless only is the far superior scenario.

Not everybody wants to loan money interest free to banks

Maybe if you had attended a game in the last 5 years or so you'd have known that like the rest of us

There is a cash to card convert machine up top in the grandstand above first base. Not 100% cashless

It’s 2025. I’m pretty sure most stadiums are cashless, or should be.

The only negative about having a cashless venue is that my odds of finding a wad of cash next to some partially eaten nachos in an aisle goes way down.

That majority of that crowd is bitcoin billionaires baw. Don’t you know anything?

Most stadiums are cashless now. Much quicker than waiting for people to count cash then a volunteer worker figure out the change.

So you pay it off at the end of the month and cash out your pay back at the end of the year. Using straight cash is a poor man’s game.

Do you bury your money in the backyard?

Happy to see the Cash is King bill pass today! This bill will ensure all events at public post secondary education institutions accept cash payments. Everyone should be able to make purchases at Tiger Stadium, not just those who carry a credit card. This is a win for all of Louisiana!

Call me old school but I carry cash with me everywhere I go. A lot of places will have a 3% service charge when using a card, that adds up.

Not everybody wants to loan money interest free to banks
If you pay your credit card balance in full when you get your statement a bank is actually loaning money to you interest free.
