I don't mind trash talking an opponent, but I like to be realistic about matchups too. It seems like a large portion of our fanbase has never even seen other teams play and just spew whatever nonsense they hear from their buddies at the plant. This should be another epic matchup between the two teams

I watched their game against Texas A&M last night and thought they looked good to okay.

Henry looked good, continuously gashed A&M through the middle. Coker also made some good and bad throws. Thankfully Cooper is gone

Their special teams looks alot like ours. A hot mess

Saban already lost a game at home this year, not going to happen again.

You need to change your "Favorite Team" to Alabama or STFU.

Must be stopped to beat them. Henry is a load, but he's not great.

It'll be a battle.

They have the best Defensive line in college football. It will make Florida's Dline look like JV. We have to be able to block them and protect. It will be the best Dline we will play all year even if we beat them and go on to the playoff.

And we have not faced a back like Henry just as they have not faced a back like Fournette. Our propensity to give up big plays in the pass game will have to be fixed because they are going to take some shots and not just on 3rd and 15.

they don't have a playmaker that scares you like LSU has in Dupre or Dural

Ridley has been getting hot lately and kinda scares me.

last 3 games (UGA, ARK, A&M) he's gone for 21 rec 312 yds 2 TDs.

I honestly think this will be the difference in the game. LSU simply has more playmakers.

Also, people are focusing on Bama's great front 7 and the middle of their defense, but they are susceptible on the edge. I think that is where LSU can make some big plays, particularly Fournette busting it outside.

I honestly don't think their D Line is as good as it's hyped to be. Georgia's OLine isn't that great, and Arkansas' running game isn't that great this year. Even though people just assume Arkansas is a good running team.

I'm telling you LSU's Offensive line is beyond anything that Alabama has played.

They can run a WR screen very well.

Yours was a very good post, but I'm going to take exception to one thing. People ARE scared of Malachi Dupre. There's not a coach in America who won't be holding his breath when he gambles his best DB singled on Dupre. Malachi is one of the scariest receivers in college ball. LSU fans have not yet awoken to what we have at wideout.

3. That damn screen play. That's their bread and butter.

If we can make our "special teams" a little more special, we can do this!

What?? Bama is at it's best LSU is just getting going so no you're totally wrong here. LSU is going to beat them if we don't commit penelties and don't turn it over. If we can make them turn it over multiple times we blow them out. If not then it will be something like 35-21. With TOs we beat em 45-17. If we make mistakes thru out it may be a loss.
