I’ve sat through the good and the bad, including the 90’s… if the LSU administration cowers and agrees to more than an apology (and even that’s just being cordial, not deserved) I think a lot of people will be over it all.

What does that even mean? Plenty of teams have recruited "pro players". Alabama even had one who had been a pro for at least a season on their team. Chambliss has been ruled ineligible multiple times, but the SEC does nothing.
