Are you suggesting these 4 could replace him at SS? Cause 1 is a catcher, another is left-handed, another has been worse in the field than Thompson and must hit so bad in practice that he’s completely disappeared the last 2 months until yesterday. I suppose you could argue Cranford, but he’s booted some too, and I’d say his offensive sample size is too small too seriously argue it as a plus over Thompson. But he’s in the lineup today, so I hope he kills it.
